I’m a wife, a Mom to two wonderful grown children, and live in a small lake front log home in Northern New Jersey. For most of my children’s “growing up” years, I was a stay at home, work at home Mom, Certified in Nutritional Counseling, and helping people in the informal setting of my home. I am still willing to meet with people, but have found another outlet for my love for natural things, the outdoors, health, nutrition and a multitude of other interests….blogging.

I also maintain an active website that I’m proud to say “googles” on page one when you Google search “Nutritionist”.
